Prescott Rodeo Volunteers

Prescott Rodeo Volunteers

The Prescott Rodeo runs the whole week around Independance Day, July 4th.  The Prescott Rodeo has graciously let us use the Freeman Building for our monthly YARC meetings.  In return, we are encouraging our members to volunteer to assist with the Prescott Rodeo.

YARC will also be providing communications support, as a public service event, for the Prescott Rodeo Parade on July 6th.

Your support of the Prescott Rodeo through YARC will help assure that we will be able to continue to use the Freeman building as our monthly meeting location.

See the link below for the Rodeo Volunteer Application.  Indicate what activities and what dates that you would like to volunteer for.  Please fill it out and return it to the rodeo office as indicated on the form.  You can also scan in the completed form and email it to the address indicated at the bottom of the form.  If you want to volunteer for the parade (you must also contact Frank Bender K8FB – fhb47@hotmail.com) and other activities or multiple activities, you only need to fill out one application.

Be sure that you write “YARC” at the top of the application, so that the rodeo can see the support that our club provides.  If you want to volunteer for the parade, also write “YARC” in the “Off Site Events:  Parade” blank.  This year there will be a training meeting at the Rodeo site before the rodeo begins.

If you want to volunteer for the parade and other events or multiple events, you only need to fill out one application.  Please fill out both sides and return to Frank Bender K8FB at fhb47@hotmail.com.
