Prescott Rodeo Volunteers
The Prescott Rodeo runs the whole week around Independence Day, July 4th. The Prescott Rodeo has graciously let us use the Freeman Building for our monthly YARC meetings. In return, we are encouraging our members to volunteer to assist with the Prescott Rodeo.
Our club will also be providing communications support during the Prescott Rodeo Parade as ‘YARC Parade Marshals.’ This is one of our club’s public service events.
Your support of the Prescott Rodeo through YARC will help assure that we will be able to continue to use the Freeman building as our monthly meeting location.
See the link below for the online Rodeo Volunteer Application. Fill out the name and contact information and then ‘Select a Job’ from the list shown in the drop-down box. You will find ‘YARC Parade Marshal’ also in the list. After you select a job, you will be presented with a list of the ‘shifts’ on the days that you can sign up for that job. After you have checked the boxes for the shifts and days you are available, you may add another job and repeat the process. When you are done, finish the form. Be sure to check the box for the waiver and put your initials in the text box below. To read the waiver, select the blue label that describes the checkbox. When you are all finished, select the Submit button.
