If you have purchased a new handheld transceiver that needs to be programmed for the Yavapai area, we can offer two solutions:
(1) If you are already familiar with radio programming, we can provide a file that you can use. This particular CSV (Comma Separated Value) file is optimized for the latest version of Chirp. (called Chirp-Next). This CSV file can also be imported into any of the RT systems software. Click here to download the file from our website.
(2) We have a member who can program your radio for you. To arrange an appointment, please send an email to radioprogramming@w7yrc.org with the following information:
- Name and call sign (if available)
- Make and model of your radio
- Email address (if different from the one you’re writing from)
- Phone number
